RETURNING YOUR ORDER
We are pleased to refund any item purchased online which is returned within 28 days of your receipt of the parcel. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Free returns
For all orders delivered by BorderFree, please contact customerservice@dunelondon.com or call +44 (0) 333 240 73 06 during UK working hours to request a returns authorisation.
The Dune customer service team will provide you with full instructions on how a parcel can be returned.
All refunds are processed by Borderfree on receipt of the return and will be at the same exchange rate as your original order.
Orders purchased via Border free may not be returned to a Dune store or concession
We are unable to accept returns of items to Dune stores or concessions in any country.
How to return to the warehouse
To help ensure efficient processing of returns and exchanges, please ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging to return the item to us.
Before returning items to our warehouse, please complete the returns paperwork that will arrive with your purchase, detach and include it in your parcel.
