RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Our returns policy will be extended for items purchased online between 3rd November to 8th December. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted until 5th January 2020.
For store returns, this extension is applicable to full priced items only, purchased between 3rd November to 8th December and can refunded or exchanged until 5th January 2020.
Purchases made online
We are pleased to refund any item purchased online which is returned within 28 days of your receipt of the parcel. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Ensure to obtain a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we will require if your parcel does not reach us.
Please note: Parcels can take up to 20 days to be received by our warehouse but will be processed within 3 days of receipt. Funds can then take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account from the date the parcel arrives in our warehouse.
How to return to the warehouse
To help ensure efficient processing of returns, please ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging to return the item to us.
Before returning items to our warehouse, please complete the returns paperwork that will arrive with your purchase, detach and include it in your parcel.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
