They were nice colour but I ordered them in a size 6 and I’m normally a size 5.5, so I had to return them as they were too big. The Harper range has a lovely cushioned sole.

Harpar 2 - Black Embossed Ballet Pump arrived just now, and they look 100% different to what is shown on the pictures! I am so disappointed. On closer look, only the picture 2 is showing the true shoe you will receive which looks EXACTLY like the harper that was on the sale for £30. The rest of the pictures show a subtle snakeskin pattern in the leather. However what you get is fabric cut to look like scales. These scales are then loose, so they are raised and it looks very tacky and cheap. Horrible. Your pictures are deceiving. They are showing a completely different shoe, apart from picture 2.

What has happened to Dune sizing over the last couple of years?! I always bought a Dune size 5, as in other shoes and I have about 8 pairs of Dune shoes/pumps in various colours. Ordered a 5 in these and they are huge. I am fed up of sending some pairs back due to incorrect sizing. Come on Dune, you can do better. I will not be ordering from the web site again. Unfortunately there are no Dune shops or Concessions in our area anymore to try them on. Disgruntled customer.
