Customers from France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands & Austria. Currently ALL DPD parcel shops are closed so we advise you to wait to return your product when these reopen in your respective market. Remember our returns period has been extended as per above. We will contact all customers by e-mail to advise when the DPD return shops reopen and add the link back here. For urgent enquiries please contact our Customer services team.
Typically it takes up to 28 days following you dropping off the return for us to receive and process the refund. We’ll email you when we’ve refunded it.
Ensure you obtain a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we will require if your parcel does not reach us.
- For efficient processing of returns and exchanges, ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, use the original packaging to return the item to us
- Before returning items to our warehouse, complete the returns paperwork that arrived with your purchase, detach and include in your parcel.
- For hygiene reasons, earring cannot be returned online or in store.
