We’re pleased to refund any item purchased online if returned within 28 days of your receipt of the parcel. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

We are able to provide a free postal returns service for customers returning parcels from the United States of America. 

To obtain a free returns label and for more information please contact Customer Services on (201) 508-9699 from the US or +44 (0)1202 037 097 from other international countries, with the details of your order.

Ensure you obtain a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we will require if your parcel does not reach us.

  • For efficient processing of returns and exchanges, ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, use the original packaging to return the item to us
  • Before returning items to our warehouse, complete the returns paperwork that arrived with your purchase, detach and include in your parcel.
  • For hygiene reasons, earring cannot be returned.
