Christmas Returns

Our returns policy will be extended for items purchased online between 3rd November to 8th December. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted until 5th January 2020. 

For store returns, this extension is applicable to full priced items only, purchased between 3rd November to 8th December and can refunded or exchanged until 5th January 2020.

Online Purchases

All items purchased on the website can be returned within 28 days of receipt, including sale items.
You can also return your online purchase to any of our UK Dune London standalone stores for a refund or exchange (except orders paid for via PayPal which need to be posted back.) Please take the delivery note supplied with your parcel as a proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns from our concessions within John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins or Debenhams, along with any other online retailers such as Next and ASOS.

To return your order, complete (and don’t forget to include) the paperwork found in your original package which includes a free returns label. You can then return your parcel for free using CollectPlus, Hermes Parcel Shops or The Royal Mail.
Make sure you pick up a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we’ll require if your parcel doesn’t reach us.
Typically, it takes up to 14 days for your parcel to arrive with us and for the refund/exchange to be processed. We’ll email you when we’ve refunded it.

Free returns label

Orders delivered to UK addresses can be returned using one of the methods below. Ensure to obtain a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we will require if your parcel does not reach us.

Return using Hermes Parcel Shops 

Choose from over 4,500 UK locations. You can print your label at home or in store by searching for 'Dune Group'. Maximum weight limit is 15kg.


Return using CollectPlus 

Simply attach the CollectPlus label to the front of your parcel and take it to one of over 7000+ CollectPlus Points, open from 7am 'til late. For more information and to find your nearest CollectPlus Point visit

Return using Royal Mail 

Simply print off the label, attach to the front of your parcel and take it to any Post Office Counter. 

Please note: There is a limit of 2kg for both CollectPlus and Royal Mail services (roughly 3 items in 1 box). If you need further information, please do not hesitate to call the Customer Experience Team.

Return to store

We are pleased to accept returns of items to UK Standalone Dune stores. Please take the delivery note supplied with your parcel as a proof of purchase.
Orders purchased using PayPal cannot be returned to a store and orders cannot be returned to a concession.

For purchases made in a Dune store

For purchases made in store, we are pleased to offer returns of full priced items to any Dune store within 28 days of purchase along with the original receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure the items are unworn, unmarked and in the original packaging.
On sale items, we offer a refund or an exchange on goods returned within 14 days of purchase. This must be returned with the original proof of purchase.

We offer an exchange or refund within 14 days in any Dune solus store when returning an item purchased within one of our Outlet stores.

Airport store purchases and returns

Purchases made at our Manchester Airport store follow the same terms as above - we can process the exchange or refund in any of our Dune stores (this excludes airport and concession stores).
Purchases made in our London Gatwick and London Stansted Airport stores are excluded from the above terms and will need to be sent back to the following address enclosing the completed Returns Form.
