I already have a pair of these in standard width fit and like them, but would prefer a wider fit, so ordered these. They are no wider that I can tell, so somewhat superfluous

I like the style and shape of these widefit shoes, but everything from start to finish has left me with distaste and extreme disappointment with Dune's quality control - or lack thereof. I've emailed HQ presenting photos of the severe discolouration across the lip of the shoe (visible clearly with and without camera flash - so it's not an optical illusion!), the scuffs riddled across the shoes, and not to mention a missing pair of blue laces that should have come with my order. This is the third visit to Dune in under a month - I can no longer afford to attend in-store but happy to have these replaced for a scuff and discoloured-free brand new pair, because quite frankly as a full-paying customer this is not the quality I expect of any reputable store.
