• Please note. Currently, refunds on returned products can take up to 20 days to be processed. We really appreciate your understanding.
• Due to the current circumstances it is taking us a little longer to dispatch orders. Please bear with us and we will send a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way.
• Our returns policy has been updated to reflect the current situation: From the 15 June 2020, any purchase made between 20 February 2020 and 15 June 2020, can be returned within 28 days.

Coronavirus: Customer Information

It is clear to everyone here within the Dune London family that the situation surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic is changing all of our lives.
We must all pull together and act responsibly if we are to navigate the coming weeks and months effectively and help contain the spread of the virus.

Our overriding priority is the safety and wellbeing of both our teams and our valued customers, so along with other significant changes within our business, we have closed our stores until further notice.

Our website continues to operate as normal.
We have also revised our returns policy to give you peace of mind and all customers who have purchased from Dune London stores or our official website after the 20th February 2020 will have a full 28 days after our stores reopen to the public to return any unwanted goods. 
If you are currently social distancing, in self-isolation, or just reacting to these unprecedented conditions by making changes, you’re certainly not alone and are doing the right thing.
