We are delighted to reopen some of our stores following the latest advice from the UK Government. To ensure the safety of our customers and store teams, we will continue to observe necessary precautions in accordance with current guidelines.

What To Expect In-Store

Social Distancing
We’re limiting the amount of people in-store at any one time. You may have to queue outside at busier times. Please maintain a distance of two metres from other customers and our team. You’ll find floor markings both inside and outside to show you where to queue, enter and checkout. We’ve also put up Perspex protector screens at our tills to keep our team safe.
Our stores undergo thorough cleaning and sanitising throughout the day.
Hand Sanitisers & Face Masks
Hand sanitisers will be available to you in-store. We ask that you wear a face mask while shopping in-store unless you are exempt from doing so.
Contactless Card Payments
Where possible, we recommend the use of contactless or card payment options while shopping with us. The nationwide UK limit on contactless card payments has increased from £30 to £45. We do not cap other contactless payments including Google Pay; this spending limit is dependent on your bank or payment type.
We are happy to exchange or refund unworn or unmarked goods purchased in-store accompanied by a receipt within 28 days of purchase. This applies to both full price and markdown items which are unworn or unmarked and are accompanied by a receipt. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Trying on Shoes
We know that part of the Dune London experience is getting to try our shoes on in-store. We want you to continue to enjoy this, so we have introduced extra measures to keep you (and your feet) safe:
  • We will encourage you to wear disposable pop socks when trying on footwear.
  • All shoes that have been tried on will be disinfected afterwards.
  • Our seating areas will undergo regular cleaning and sanitation as part of our wider store cleaning schedules.
  • Any goods that are returned to our stores will also be disinfected, including, where applicable, boxes and packaging.
  • If you see something you’d like to try on, we encourage you to ask one of our team to handle the product for you.

Which Stores Have Reopened?

Our Dune London stores in England and Wales have now reopened. Our stores in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland remain closed for now but hope to reopen soon.

The opening times of our Dune London stores are subject to change as we navigate our way through this time. Please contact the store directly for further information on opening times. Check the Store Locator for the most up-to-date information.
