Dune London x Christmas Karma Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the competition (the “Competition”), entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). 
     
  2. This competition is run by Dune Group Limited (“Dune London”) in partnership with True Brit and Element London Ltd.
     

  3. Dune Group Limited (registered company number 02127866) with registered office at 4th Floor, the White Building, 11 Evesham Street, London W11 4AJ. 

  4. This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

  5. To enter, participants must follow the instructions on the official Dune London competition post on Instagram and follow the steps required. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants will require internet access and an active Instagram account.

  6. Entries will be accepted from Monday 20th October when the competition post goes live to 23:59pm on Saturday 1st November. Any entries made after this time will not be included in the draw. 

  7. There will be one (1) main prize winner and ten (10) runners up, selected at random from all eligible entries received.

  8. The main “Competition Prize” includes:

    •    Two (2) tickets to the Premiere of Christmas Karma (provided by True Brit)
    •    Travel: Return standard-class train travel within mainland UK to London

    Additional Prize Elements:

  9. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by Monday 3rd November and must respond by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 5th November to confirm acceptance.
    Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
    Further details will be provided by Element London Ltd as part of their winner management service.

  10. Each runner-up will receive two (2) tickets to a special Christmas Karma screening taking place at a central London location on Thursday 11 December at 18:00 and a Dune London x Christmas Karma Film Goody Bag.
    •    It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange travel to and from the venue.
    •    The film is classified as 12A – anyone aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
    •    The prize excludes travel and meals.
    •    No cash or alternative prize is available.
    •    All elements of the prize are subject to availability.

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the Competition at any time.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

  13. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged due to technical faults or network issues of any kind.

Element London Ltd Terms and Conditions

1.    The winner and their guest must travel at the same time, following the same itinerary.
2.    At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over.
3.    Travel is standard-class train travel within mainland UK to London.
4.    A valid credit or debit card will be required for a security deposit upon hotel check-in.
5.    Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double-occupancy room in London for two nights on a set date in November 2025 only.
6.    Hotel accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.
7.    Hotel accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients; the prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
8.    All prize elements are subject to availability. If unavailable, similar experiences or items of equal value may be substituted at the prize provider’s discretion.
9.    All elements of the prize must be taken together and cannot be separated.
10.    Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. 
11.    The Christmas Karma Premiere is scheduled for Wednesday 12 November 2025, and it is the winner’s responsibility to be available to travel to London for arrival on the day of the premiere. Exact timings are subject to change.
12.    Spending money for the Christmas Markets (£250 GBP) is for the winner only.
13.    The East London Indian Food Walking Tour is not wheelchair accessible.
