Who can be a My Dune London Rewards member?

To be a member of Dune London Rewards you must: 

  1. Be 18 years or older.

  2. The reward scheme is open to all UK customers. 

  3. Be an individual using Dune London Rewards for personal use only.

  4. 12 month spend with Dune London is £50 or more.

  5. Be opted-in to Dune London email and have a valid email address linked to a Dune London account.

    • To create an account with Dune London, visit the following link and select ‘Create an Account’.

    • Complete the form with your email address and password.

  6. Dune London reserve the right to decline an application to participate in Dune Rewards Club at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.

  7. Dune Rewards Club is personal to you and account balances cannot be transferred to any third party. 

 

Eligibility and Fair Use

Our Loyalty Programme is designed to reward genuine, individual customers who shop with us for personal use. To protect the integrity of the programme and ensure fair access to rewards, we reserve the right to monitor participation and purchasing patterns. 

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or remove individuals from the Loyalty Programme if we reasonably believe that: 

  • Purchases are being made for the purpose of resale, rather than for personal use. 

  • There is repeated bulk purchasing of the same product(s), particularly in the same size or variant. 

  • Account activity suggests commercial intent or abuse of the programme. 

The decision to exclude a customer from the Loyalty Programme may be based on factors including, but not limited to, high-volume transactions, patterns of repeat purchasing, or return behaviour inconsistent with personal use. 

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel loyalty points, benefits, or rewards associated with any account that breaches these terms. 

By joining the Loyalty Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that the programme is intended for individual, non-commercial use only. 

 

Tier Points

Earn one point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.  

Upon signing up for Dune Rewards Club, every customer will start with 0 points and be in the member tier.  

The customer must be logged into their Dune London account when making a purchase. All points can then be accumulated.

 

When do My Dune London Rewards points expire? 

Your Dune Rewards Club points will expire after 12 months.  To remain within your tier, you will need to make a minimum spend within those 12 months.  

Gold Tier – Spend +£300 in the last 12 months 

Member Tier – Spend +£50 in the last 12 months 

 

How long will I stay in my tier?

Your tier expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you can earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year or  move up a tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the day you entered the new tier. 

 

Tier Status Upgrade

When you move up tiers, this means you have earned enough points in the last 12 months to qualify for the next tier.  

 

Tier Status Downgrade

If you have moved down a tier, it’s because you haven't met the qualifying spend by your tier expiry date. 

 

Free Next Day UK Delivery

  1. Available to gold status holders only 

  2. Upon entering gold status, it takes 24 hours for Free Next Day delivery to be applied to the customer's account.  

  3. The customer must be logged into their Dune London account to qualify for free delivery. 

  4. The customer will need to select either free next day delivery or free standard delivery at checkout. 

  5. This offer entitles you to free delivery on all orders excluding Saturday deliveries at dunelondon.com.  Saturday deliveries will incur a cost of £8.50   

  6. Next day delivery will not be available if the order is being fulfilled by a store. 

  7. This offer is available in the UK only.  

  8. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter’s discretion.  

  9. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Birthday Code

  1. 20% off for member status holders and 25% off for gold status holders 

  2. A birthday voucher is awarded ahead of the birthdate when a birthdate is provided a minimum of 14 days prior to the birthdate. 

  3. This applies to full price products only. 

  4. Can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

  5. Does not apply to delivery costs. 

  6. Dune London reserves the right to update or cancel this offer at any time without notice. 

 

Purchase Anniversary Code

  1. 15% off for member status holders and 20% off for gold status holders 

  2. Purchase anniversary voucher is awarded to the customer on the anniversary of their first purchase with Dune London.  

  3. This applies to full price products only.
