Orders placed on a Friday using ‘Next Working Day’ before 7pm will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed after 7pm Friday and before 7pm Saturday will be delivered on Monday (excludes Bank Holidays).
Saturday Deliveries placed after 7pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to Aramex House, Hotels, Universities, Hospitals and BFPO addresses. Suitcases and large items of luggage are only available for delivery to mainland UK.
Please report any parcel that has not been received within 30 days of the dispatch date. Failure to do so would mean that this would not qualify for investigation or enter into the claims process as per the delivery companies terms and conditions of delivery.
