Christmas Returns Policy

Our Christmas returns policy is valid from 10th November until 15th December 2025. Any purchases made online or in-store between these dates can be returned up to and including 12th January 2026. For purchases made from 16th December 2025, our normal refund policy applies.

You can return your purchase within 28 days for a refund, provided it meets the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

How to Return

In-store purchases
Items that are unworn or unmarked, and are accompanied by a receipt, will be refunded or exchanged.

Online purchases
Items can be returned to a Dune London store or via the post by clicking the request a free trackable returns label or QR code link.

We provide one free returns label per order. If you choose to return more items from the same order at a later date, you’ll need to cover the postage costs. To avoid extra fees, we recommend returning all items in a single parcel.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be a paper or electronic receipt for items bought in a store and the order confirmation for items bought from the Dune London website.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made to the original card used to pay for the purchase.

  • Items returned to a store will be refunded within 5 working days.
  • Items returned to our warehouse will be refunded within 10 working days of receiving your parcel.
  • Gift Card balance updates will happen on the day you receive our refund confirmation email.
  • Credit and Debit payment refunds should appear in your account within 5 working days.
  • PayPal payments can take up to 7 days.
  • Gift Card balance updates will happen on the day you receive our refund confirmation email.

Terms and Conditions

We cannot accept returns for any purchases made within concessions. Please return your item back to the retailer where it was purchased from.

  • You cannot return purchases outside of the returns period unless the item is defective.
  • Gifts bought in a store can be exchanged by the recipient with the gift receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Gifts bought online cannot be exchanged and will be refunded to the original buyer.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your returned items.
  • In the case that a return has been rejected, we will contact you within 10 days.
  • Proof of postage is required should you need to contact us about your return.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that you purchased in store more than 28 days ago.
  • For home deliveries, orders that you received more than 28 days ago. For in store collections, orders that were ready for collection more than 28 days ago.
  • Items you have opened or unsealed other than where necessary to inspect.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and face masks cannot be returned to our warehouse or Dune London stores.
