Christmas Returns Policy

Our Christmas returns policy is valid from 30th October 2021 until 11th December 2021. Any purchases made online or in store between these dates can be returned up to and including 9th January 2022. For purchases made from 12th December 2021, our normal refund policy applies.

Free Returns Labels to print at home, or in store

Don't have a printer at home? All of our partners offer a service where the store you drop your parcel off can print a label for you, for free. Follow the links below to your preferred provider and on their site you'll be able to generate a barcode or QR code which will be emailed to you. This can then be scanned in a store or at a locker when you drop off your returned item.

InPost Locker returns: to find your nearest locker, click here.
Our fastest service - no label required: For a contactless and paperless returns service, visit any InPost Locker across the UK. There are 3,000 to choose from, located at major supermarkets, convenience stores, car parks and petrol stations.
Maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm. Maximum weight limit is 15kg.

Royal Mail returns label >
Take your return to any Post Office Counter. 
Maximum weight limit is 20kg.

Hermes returns label >
Choose from over 4,500 UK locations. You can print your label at home or in store by searching for Dune Group.
Maximum weight limit is 15kg.

CollectPlus returns label >
You can drop off your return at over 6,500 CollectPlus Points. For more information and to find your nearest collection point visit CollectPlus.
Maximum weight limit is 10kg.

 

Online Returns

All items purchased on the website can be returned for free within 28 days of receiving your order.

To return your order, please complete (and don't forget to include) the paperwork found in your original package which includes a free returns label. You can also print a free returns label using one of the methods below. Once posted, keep hold of your receipt - this is your proof of postage which you can use to track your return and we may also require it if your parcel doesn't reach us.

We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving your returned item(s). UK returns usually take 5 days to reach us after drop off.

 

Return to a Dune London Store
You can also return your order to any of our UK Dune London standalone stores for a refund. Please take the delivery note supplied with your parcel as a proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns from our concession partners such as John Lewis or Selfridges, along with any other online retailers such as Next and ASOS.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. All returns to our warehouse will be refunded via the original payment method.

 

In-store purchases

Return all items within 28 days. All returns require proof of purchase.

 

Outlet store purchases

Return to any Dune London store within 28 days for a full refund, with proof of purchase.

 

Concession purchases

We can’t accept returns from our concessions within John Lewis or Selfridges. This also applies to any of our online concession retailers including Next and ASOS. Please return your item back to the retailer it was purchased from with proof of purchase.

 

Airport purchases

Return all items within 28 days to any Dune London store. All returns require proof of purchase.

 

Terms

  • For efficient processing of returns, ensure the product is unworn or unmarked, with the box in a saleable condition. Where possible, use the original packaging to return the item to us.
  • Before returning items to our warehouse, complete the returns paperwork that arrived with your purchase, detach and include in your parcel.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned online or in store.
