Our Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 30 days from dispatch we will refund it as long as it meets the terms and conditions explained on this page.

How to Return

Online purchases can be returned using the appropriate portal linked to the first letter of your order number:

Please note that a $10 return fee applies to each return created. To help reduce costs, we recommend returning all items together in one parcel whenever possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Your return will be refunded within 10 working days of receiving your parcel.

Terms and Conditions

  • We cannot accept returns for any purchases made from another retailer. Please return your item back to the retailer where it was purchased from.
  • You cannot return purchases outside of the returns period unless the item is defective.
  • Gifts bought online cannot be exchanged and will be refunded to the original buyer.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your returned items.
  • In the case that a return has been rejected, we will contact you within 10 days.
  • Proof of postage is required should you need to contact us about your return.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that you purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Items you have opened or unsealed other than where necessary to inspect.
