Dune London was born in 1992, beginning as a small concession store on London’s iconic Oxford Street. The dream was simple: to create an affordable luxury footwear and accessories brand.

Our Head Office
Our brand new sustainable central support office (CSO) is based in The White Building, part of Notting Dale Estate. Located a few minutes from Latimer Road Underground station (Hammersmith & City Line) and a 10 minute walk from Shepherds Bush transport interchange (Central and Hammersmith & City Lines, and London Overground rail services). Westfield Shopping Centre is on our door step and we are a short walk from the bars and cafes in Notting Hill. We offer blended working, spreading your time across our office and remote working.
CSO is home to our in-house Design team, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, International, Wholesale and Franchise functions. ‘CSO’ is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same. All our teams live and breathe our core values and each contribute collaboratively to the brand’s success.
From our welcoming reception to our inspiring showrooms, we encourage a sense of fun and an imaginative and creative working environment where no two days are the same. There are various social events that take place throughout the year for all our teams to relax and spend time together outside of the office. These include our annual Christmas Party, Summer Party and team Away Days.
Our Distribution Centre
Our Distribution Centre, which is based in Leicester, is home to our Warehouse and Customer Experience teams. Their roles are to ensure customers receive their orders on time and our product is delivered to stores, all while delivering exceptional customer service around the globe. The teams are close-knit and often run their own incentives such as collecting and delivering goods for the ‘Goods for Good’ charity which sends anything from shoes to nappies and blankets to countries where there is hardship and shortages of the basics.
Our Stores and Concessions
We are proud to have over 100 stores (including full price, outlet and concessions within leading department stores including John Lewis, Selfridges and Fenwicks). We continue to open new stores in key locations. Our passionate retail teams lie at the heart of the business, entrusted to deliver the Dune experience and exceed customers’ expectations in service and in-store experience. We shout about and celebrate our people and love to promote internally.
