As soon as word started to spread about the Covid-19 virus, we started to think about how we as a business could give back and help our incredible NHS.
Following a conversation with an NHS surgeon, we settled on the idea of donating styles from our Dune Easy range. Not only are they easy to pull on and wipe clean, they also benefit from enhanced flexibility and cushioning – the ideal combination for working on the wards and in theatre.
Fast forward a few days and a lorry containing 1,000 pairs of our Easy shoes was delivered to Evelina London, Guy's and St Thomas' hospital. Our hope is that these will bring comfort to their feet during and after their long shifts on the ward.
