About Us

The company story began in 1992 with a concession on London’s Oxford Street. From there, the business has continued to grow to over 40 stores and 160 concessions in the UK, with seven International stores and a whole host of Wholesale and Franchise partners in over 15 countries including the Middle East, South Africa, India, Philippines, Algeria, Libya, Vietnam, Serbia, Thailand, Malaysia and Pakistan with further growth planned.​

Head Office and DC Benefits

Our Central Support Office (CSO) is based 10 minutes from Central London in NW8, a short walk from Paddington, Edgware Road and Marylebone stations. We have been based here for over 10 years which means our office truly reflects our brand and is home to all our central support functions. These include our in-house Design team, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, International, Wholesale and Franchise functions. ‘CSO’ is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same. All our teams live and breathe our core values and each contribute collaboratively to the brand’s success.


From our welcoming reception and inspiring showrooms to our subsidised café facility ‘NW ATE’, where you will find many of our teams enjoying a coffee and a catch up, we encourage a sense of fun and an imaginative and creative working environment. The culture at CSO is one of ‘work hard, play hard’ and there are various social events that take place throughout the year for all our teams to relax and spend time together outside of the office. These include our annual Christmas Party, Summer Party and team Away Days.


Our Distribution Centre, which is based in Leicester, is home to our Warehouse and Customer Experience teams. Their roles are to ensure customers receive their orders on time and our product is delivered to stores, all while delivering exceptional customer service around the globe. The teams are close-knit and often run their own incentives such as collecting and delivering goods for the ‘Goods for Good’ charity which sends anything from shoes to nappies and blankets to countries where there is hardship and shortages of the basics.


We also offer professional qualifications covering everything from Customer Services, Business Admin, Team Leading and Driving, all designed to develop our amazing teams to start them on their journeys to success.


We reward and recognise our people through various events including our bi-annual conferences and Dune Legend Awards. Anyone in the business can be nominated for their legendary behaviour by fellow colleagues who then receive a place in the Dune Legends book cementing their place in the Dune hall of fame, alongside prizes which have included an all-expense paid holiday and brand new car.

The Retail Trust is a leading charity helping improve the lives of current and ex-employees who work in retail and its supporting services. They work with us to offer free confidential wellbeing services to all our employees.


Social Events

We encourage a sense of fun across all our teams, hosting annual parties including the Dune London Christmas party, Summer Party and other events throughout the year. Our retail teams are also given an allowance to plan events for their store teams!
